The Connected Selling workshop was extremely impactful for our organization, taking us to the next level by teaching the skills necessary to truly identify with with our clients and prospects. Terri and Dan really connected us to the “why” of what we do, emphasizing personal motivation, authenticity, and how best to understand customers’ wants and needs throughout. Their combined experience, sales insights, and genuine interest in our team’s growth lead to a really productive workshop!
Given the highly regulated nature of our industry, our team focuses on compliance during the sales process, but the Connected Selling program helped us expand our focus into the equally important area of relationships. The well-organized workshop provided a productive, safe space for my team to explore trust building, exercising empathy, and nurturing customer rapport. Terri is truly genuine, honest, cares about her clients and customers, and teaches those skills very effectively. "Connected selling" as Terri teaches it is just that - establishing true, genuine connections with your customers and partners in the interest of long term sales relationships.
Terri's ability to listen and pick out the most important clues in a conversation is uncanny, as is her skill at helping people understand what truly motivates them, which is key in any relationship.
